The Lewis family’s deep ties to Taylor’s community life are reflected in their commitment to heritage preservation. Walt and Ann Hatch Lewis, along with Ella May Willis McCleve, led remodeling efforts at the Pioneer Museum in the 1960s, demonstrating the family’s long-standing dedication to keeping Taylor’s history alive.
