Veterans Memorial

The Veterans Memorial is located at 2 North Main Street in Taylor, adjacent to the Taylor Museum. The memorial features the names of Taylor veterans who served in America’s foreign wars, from World War I to the present. It is placed in the center of an attractively landscaped and lighted plaza.

A mural of beloved Taylor sites overlooks the memorial monument from the south wall of the Taylor Museum, painted by local artists depicting iconic landmarks and scenes from the town’s past. The Veterans Memorial serves as the starting point for the Taylor walking tour.
