Audio Narration
Narrated history of the LDS Social Hall
Social halls were a hallmark of LDS pioneer settlements, serving as gathering places for dances, theatrical performances, concerts, civic meetings, and community celebrations. These buildings reflected the settlers’ commitment to cultural life and social cohesion alongside their religious and agricultural pursuits.
The Social Hall has served the Snowflake community over many decades, hosting theatrical productions during Pioneer Days celebrations and serving as a venue for community barbecues, concerts, and other cultural events that continue to this day.
